Course Details
Sujok Acupressure Therapy is a natural healing system based on the concept that the hands (Su) and feet (Jok) contain correspondence points for every organ, gland, and body part. By stimulating these micro-points, the therapy activates the body’s natural healing response.
This method is a specialized branch of acupressure, focusing entirely on the hand and foot microsystem. When the correct correspondence points are pressed or stimulated, it helps balance energy flow, reduce discomfort, and support the body’s internal healing process.
Sujok therapy is safe, simple, non-invasive, and highly effective, making it ideal for self-care as well as professional therapeutic practice. It uses techniques such as seed therapy, colour therapy, magnets, and mild pressure stimulation, which help restore harmony in the body’s energy channels.
- Correspondence / Distance Learning: You receive a study kit (books, charts, notes, instruments) via postal mail or online.
- Online Mode: Lessons are conducted via software/Zoom with digital materials and remote support.
- Workshop / Centre / Sunday Sessions: Live in-person sessions or online weekend sessions are offered for hands-on practice.
After completing the full syllabus of the Sujok Acupressure Therapy Course, students are required to appear for an online examination to assess their understanding of correspondence points, meridian concepts, and Sujok treatment techniques.
Exam Format: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% or C Grade
Students who successfully clear the exam receive the official Sujok Acupressure Therapy Certificate, recognizing their ability to apply hand and foot correspondence points, pressure techniques, and therapeutic tools safely and effectively.
This evaluation ensures learners gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to practice Sujok acupressure professionally or for personal healing.
Students who successfully complete the Sujok Acupressure Therapy Course may choose to undergo an internship at a recognized Sujok centre, acupressure clinic, naturopathy centre, wellness centre, physiotherapy unit, or holistic therapy clinic.
