By completing this professional Acu. Yoga Training, learners gain the skills to perform guided yoga sessions integrated with acupressure points, helping manage lifestyle disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, and sleep imbalance. It also prepares students to work in yoga studios, wellness centers, naturopathy clinics, fitness centers, or even offer independent Acu-Yoga therapy sessions for clients and community well-being.
- Correspondence / Distance Learning: You receive a study kit (books, charts, notes, instruments) via postal mail or online.
- Online Mode: Lessons are conducted via software/Zoom with digital materials and remote support.
- Workshop / Centre / Sunday Sessions: Live in-person sessions or online weekend sessions are offered for hands-on practice.
After completing the full Acu. Yoga course syllabus, students must appear for a structured evaluation designed to assess their understanding of Acupressure principles, Meridian Theory, Yogic Practices, Pranayama techniques, and Therapeutic Acu-Yoga applications.
Exam Format: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% or C Grade
Students must successfully pass the exam to receive the Acu. Yoga Certification, confirming their knowledge of acupressure points, yoga therapy techniques, energy balance (Qi/Prana), and holistic healing methods.
This comprehensive examination ensures that learners gain the confidence, theoretical clarity, and practical understanding required to perform safe and effective Acu. Yoga therapy in wellness centers, yoga studios, naturopathy clinics, and holistic health setups.
Students who successfully complete the Acu. Yoga Course may choose to undergo a professional internship at a recognized Acu-Yoga centre, naturopathy hospital, yoga wellness studio, TCM clinic, physiotherapy unit, holistic healing centre, or wellness spa.
This internship provides:
- Hands-on practical training in Acu-Yoga postures, acupressure points, meridian stretching & breathwork techniques
- Real client interaction for issues like stress, back pain, stiffness, lifestyle disorders, energy imbalance & posture correction

- Experience in professional wellness setup including client assessment, therapy planning, documentation & session management

- This course is available in both English and Hindi medium.
- It can be completed regularly (in-person) or through correspondence (distance learning) mode.
- Students must attach one photograph, ID proof, educational certificate, and experience certificate along with the application form.
- Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an official certificate from the institute.
- Payment can be made via cash or Upi.
- Boarding and lodging facilities are available but at your own expense.
- For correspondence students who wish to take practical training, 3-day practical classes are available at the institute or authorized centers for an extra fee of ₹4,500 (India) or $100 (foreign students). (This option does not include a study kit or certificate).
- Course materials such as instruments, literature, charts, and books are included in the course package for enrolled students.
