Course Details
Food and beverages provide the energy and nutrients you need to improve health, manage diseases, and reduces the risk of disease. The course helps resources on nutrition to help you pay attention to what, when, how often, why, and how much you have to eat and drink, as well as, help manage health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, kidney disease, and other ailments and lifestyle disorders.
CORRESPONDENCE (DISTANCE LEARNING)
Postal - You can do it at home. Institute will send you a Study bank (books, charts, notes, instrument etc.).
Online - You can do this course on the internet/ Online also. We can provide you with the study material/lessons on your Screen, and Software ID & you can clear your doubts through E-mail or WhatsApp
Regular Course
Institute will send you a Study bank (books, charts, notes, instrument etc.).
Workshop - Classes of special workshop, theory & practical with study material kit. (6 Days, Daily 3 Hours = Total 18 Hr.)
Center - Classes at Institute or authorized centers. (18 hr.)
Online - Classes by Acupressure guru Software & Zoom App. (10 Days, Daily 2 Hours = Total 20 Hг.)
After completion of the course, an online exam will be conducted. Exam patterns will be MCQs. (multiple choice questions). You have to clear the exam for getting your certificate (min. 40% or C grade).
Internship at Centre (Local City or Nearest area)

SYLLABUS: Practical (Diagnosis and Treatment on Patient)
- You can become a Nutritional Therapist / Counselor.
- You can get a job/service in a naturopathy hospital or alternative treatment center.
- You can consider the Master Diploma In Diet & Nutrition (M.D.D.N.) Therapy as your profession.
- You can help your family as well as others by treating them free of cost.
- The world health organization of Geneva has approved this system.

- Macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
- Nutrition in life cycle
- Nutritional Management for overweight and underweight.
- Nutritional Management for mental health/ well being.
- Food based dietary guidelines (FBDG)
- Nutrition in various diseases (treatment by diet therapy).
- Introduction to food, nutrition and nutrients
- Micronutrients: vitamins, minerals and water
- Nutritional products, types and real life examples. Nutritional Management for malnourished or undernourished.
- Nutritional Management for food allergies.
- Food additives
This course can be done both in English & Hindi Medium.
The course can be done by regular or correspondence.
Your one photograph, ID Proof, education certificate & experience certificate are to be attached to the application form.
You will be given a certificate after completion of the course.
You can deposit cash or cheque
Boarding & Lodging facilities will be provided at your own expense.
If you are interested in Practical classes (for Correspondence-without study kit & without certificate) the facility is provided at our center/workshop/authorized center for 3 days on extra subscription Rs. 4500 (For India) & $ 100 (For foreign).
Charges for instruments, literature, chart & books will be included for candidates.
