Bach Flower Therapy is a gentle and natural healing system discovered by Dr. Edward Bach over 60 years ago. It uses the flowers of wild plants, bushes, and trees to restore emotional balance and promote holistic wellness. The therapy is completely safe, non-toxic, and non-habit forming, making it suitable for babies, children, adults, pets, and plants.
The 38 Bach Flower Remedies each target specific moods, emotions, or personality traits, helping individuals overcome stress, worry, irritability, fear, and hopelessness. By balancing the mind, body, and spirit, Bach Flower Therapy encourages emotional healing, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Students are trained to identify emotional imbalances, select appropriate remedies, and create personalized therapy plans for clients.
Completing the Diploma in Bach Flower Therapy equips learners with the skills to work as Bach Flower Therapists, Holistic Healers, Emotional Wellness Coaches, or Alternative Medicine Practitioners. This therapy can be integrated with other natural healing modalities such as naturopathy, Reiki, meditation, and homeopathy, providing a versatile approach to emotional and mental wellness in wellness centers, counseling clinics, spas, and holistic healing institutes.
