Students learn the scientific foundations of naturopathy, including diet therapy, fasting therapy, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, massage therapy, and lifestyle management. Along with this, yogic science teaches asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques that support physical fitness, mental peace, and emotional stability. The course emphasizes prevention of disease through natural living.

The D.N.Y.S. program also develops practical skills in stress management, detoxification, weight management, chronic disease care, and holistic lifestyle counseling. This diploma prepares learners to work as Naturopathy Practitioners, Yoga Instructors, Wellness Coaches, or Holistic Health Consultants, and to promote healthy, natural, and balanced living in wellness centers, yoga studios, naturopathy clinics, or independent practice.
