Course Details
Marma Therapy is an ancient Ayurvedic healing system that focuses on 107 vital energy points located throughout the body. These points, known as Marmas, are considered the junctions where mind, body, and energy (Prana) meet. When these points are gently stimulated, they help balance the flow of energy and support natural healing.
Marma Therapy works by applying specific pressure techniques to these energy centers, which can influence the nervous system, organs, muscles, and hormonal functions. Regular stimulation of marma points helps remove energy blockages, improve circulation, and enhance overall vitality.
This holistic therapy is widely used for stress relief, pain management, detoxification, emotional balance, and restoring harmony within the body. It is a safe, non-invasive, and deeply rejuvenating technique that promotes complete mind–body wellness.
