  • Fill the hydrocollator tank with clean water up to the marked level.
  • Plug in the unit and set the desired temperature (around 70°C–75°C).
  • Allow 20–30 minutes for the water to reach optimal temperature.
  • Place the moist hot packs in the tank and let them heat for 10–15 minutes.
  • Carefully remove a hot pack using tongs or gloves.
  • Wrap the hot pack in a towel or hot pack cover before applying to the patient.
  • Apply the pack for 15–20 minutes per therapy session.
  • Turn off the unit after use and clean it regularly for hygiene and efficiency.
